1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ChipLinkPCB website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

ChipLinkPCB provides PCB manufacturing, assembly, and related services including but not limited to:

• PCB fabrication (2-50 layer multilayer boards)
• FPC and Rigid-Flex manufacturing
• SMT and DIP assembly services
• Component sourcing
• PCB design and engineering services

3. Quote and Orders

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to:

• Review and acceptance of your Gerber files and specifications
• Confirmation of pricing and lead time
• Payment terms agreement
• Manufacturing capacity availability

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Prototype orders: 100% payment in advance
• Small batch orders: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment
• Mass production: Negotiated terms based on order value and history
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods

5. Lead Time and Delivery

Lead times are estimates based on standard production schedules and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current capacity. We strive to meet agreed delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Quality Standards

All products are manufactured according to IPC standards (Class 2 unless otherwise specified) and customer-provided specifications. We maintain ISO9001, IATF16949, and other relevant certifications as applicable to your industry requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your designs, Gerber files, and specifications. ChipLinkPCB treats all customer files as confidential and will not share, sell, or use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your orders.

8. Warranty

We warrant that our products will:

• Conform to customer-provided specifications
• Be free from defects in materials and workmanship
• Meet applicable industry standards

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with supporting documentation. We will replace or refund defective products at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChipLinkPCB's liability is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to designs, specifications, pricing, and business terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons with appropriate notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in Shenzhen.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
